Como funciona myBrief respecto a tus datos
myBrief esta planteada como una app para macOS con enfoque local-first. El contenido que importas, pegas, previsualizas o exportas se procesa en tu Mac.
La app esta pensada para trabajar con contenido Markdown, guias de formato y PDFs generados sin requerir una cuenta de usuario ni enviar automaticamente esa informacion a servidores propios.

Datos o contenido que puedes tratar en la app
Dependiendo de como uses myBrief, la app puede manejar:
- Archivos Markdown seleccionados por ti
- Texto Markdown pegado manualmente
- Guias de formato o estructura importadas o pegadas
- Previsualizaciones del documento
- Archivos PDF generados y guardados por el usuario
Ese contenido puede incluir informacion profesional, interna o sensible segun el uso que hagas de la app. Por eso el enfoque de myBrief es mantener el proceso en local siempre que sea posible.

Finalidad del tratamiento
El contenido tratado en myBrief se utiliza exclusivamente para:
- Importar o recibir contenido Markdown
- Aplicar una guia de formato o estructura al documento
- Generar una previsualizacion del PDF
- Guardar el PDF final en la ubicacion que elijas
- Compartir el PDF mediante las opciones del sistema si tu lo decides

Comparticion de datos con terceros
myBrief no esta planteada para vender, compartir ni explotar comercialmente tu contenido.
La app no necesita enviar tus documentos o textos a un servicio externo para cumplir su funcion principal. Si en una version futura se añadiese una integracion opcional con servicios de terceros, esta politica se actualizaria antes de aplicar ese cambio.

Guardado, exportacion y comparticion
Cuando guardas un PDF, el archivo se almacena en la ubicacion de tu Mac que tu mismo selecciones. Cuando usas la opcion de compartir, la accion se ejecuta a traves de los mecanismos de comparticion de macOS y solo cuando tu la activas expresamente.
myBrief no comparte automaticamente archivos ni contenido sin una accion directa del usuario.

Analitica, publicidad y seguimiento
myBrief no se presenta como una app basada en publicidad ni en rastreo invasivo.
En esta politica no se describe el uso de analitica de terceros, SDKs publicitarios ni herramientas de perfilado del usuario dentro de la app. Si ese planteamiento cambiase en futuras versiones, la politica se modificaria de forma expresa antes de aplicar el cambio.

Control del usuario
El control principal del contenido tratado en myBrief lo tienes tu:
- Puedes elegir que archivos abrir o importar
- Puedes decidir si pegas contenido manualmente o no
- Puedes guardar o no el PDF generado
- Puedes compartirlo solo si quieres hacerlo
- Puedes eliminar los archivos generados desde tu propio Mac

How myBrief handles your content
myBrief is designed as a local-first macOS app. The content you import, paste, preview or export is processed on your Mac.
The app is intended to work with Markdown content, formatting guides and generated PDFs without requiring a user account or automatically sending that information to our own servers.

Content the app may process
Depending on how you use myBrief, the app may handle:
- Markdown files selected by you
- Markdown text pasted manually
- Formatting or structure guides imported or pasted by you
- Document previews
- Generated PDF files saved by the user
That content may include professional, internal or sensitive information depending on your use case. For that reason, myBrief is designed to keep the core workflow local whenever possible.

Purpose of processing
The content handled by myBrief is used only to:
- Import or receive Markdown content
- Apply a formatting or structure guide to the document
- Generate a PDF preview
- Save the final PDF to the location you choose
- Share the PDF using system sharing options if you decide to do so

Sharing with third parties
myBrief is not designed to sell, share or commercially exploit your content.
The app does not need to send your documents or text to an external service in order to perform its main function. If a future version includes optional third-party integrations, this policy will be updated before that change is applied.

Saving, exporting and sharing
When you save a PDF, the file is stored in the location on your Mac that you choose. When you use the share option, that action is executed through macOS sharing mechanisms and only when you explicitly trigger it.
myBrief does not automatically share files or content without a direct action from the user.

Analytics, advertising and tracking
myBrief is not presented as an app built around advertising or invasive tracking.
This policy does not describe the use of third-party analytics, advertising SDKs or user profiling tools inside the app. If that changes in a future version, the policy will be updated explicitly before the change is applied.

User control
You keep primary control over the content handled by myBrief:
- You choose which files to open or import
- You decide whether to paste content manually
- You decide whether or not to save the generated PDF
- You decide whether or not to share it
- You can delete generated files from your Mac

Any relevant change in the way myBrief handles content or data will be reflected on this page before it is applied in a future version of the product. The last updated date appears at the top of this document.
